| These documents relate the mental health status of Bill O’Neil (the developer and operator of Spiricom), establishing O’Neil as a mentally disturbed individual with ventriloquist’s skills. Notice the last exhibit (6e.) is an excerpt from a scholarly journal with results from a study of schizophrenics finding that ‘Doc’ and ‘Fred’ are names schizophrenics commonly use to identify imagined entities they interact with. ‘Doc Nick’ and ‘Fred’ were among the first “contacts” O’Neil made using proto- Spiricom technologies and his self-proclaimed mediumistic abilities. 6a.
