THE KUBIS-MUELLER CONNECTION
This section could well have been titled the “Macy-Kubis-Mueller Connection” because of
the obvious relationship between Macy and Kubis (as author and co-author), as the
exhibits which follow establish said Macy-Kubis connection. However, the primary
connection of interest is one that documents a direct, factual and provable link between
the Spiricom-Mueller and Dr. Patricia Kubis (the author who collaborated with Mark Macy
on the book “Conversations Beyond the Light- with Departed Friends”). In this 1995
book Dr. Kubis mentions her tenure at Orange Coast College, CA. This is the same
college where Dr. Mueller (the Spiricom-Mueller) taught. A search of the faculty logs from
1965, 1966 and 1967 shows that George J. Mueller taught contemporaneously with
Patricia Kubis- that is to say, they taught at the same college at the same time! [see
exhibit 10a.4] Then Kubis goes on to collaborate with Mark Macy on a book featuring the
Spiricom prominently! Further to this apparently conspiratorial end, Macy later
misrepresents his relationship with the key players involved in the Spiricom story, and
worse (more on that in later exhibits).

10a.2- Conversations Beyond the Light EXCERPT
This excerpt shows a portion of the book featuring the Macy ‘bio’ of sorts, and a
description of how Macy supposedly came to know Meek. Just following the certificate in
the book (awarded after Macy traveled overseas on donations solicited by way of an
absconded Metascience list, according to the Metascience President), Macy describes
a book supposedly co-authored by George Meek and himself- thing is, Meek never wrote
a book with Mark Macy!
10a.3- Macy Misrepresents Meek as “Former President of Continuing Life Research”
According to the author Patricia Kubis (personal communication) the quotes, publishing
and pricing information on the back of the book “Conversations Beyond the Light” was
designed by Mark Macy. Macy takes a quote from the publicly available Metascience
literature and places it where most readers would expect to find endorsements of the
book. The second, and more gross deception is in the misrepresentation of George
Meek (the founder and former President of the Metascience Foundation) as the “Former
President” of the organization that Macy just happens to have publishing the book. To
make the fact clear: George Meek was never the president of any organization ever
affiliated with Mark Macy.
10a.3.2- Misrepresenting the Macy-Meek Relationship by way of Contrast
This exhibit shows that in the open literature it is easy to establish Macy as head of his
own organization (Continuing Life Research), in contrast with the single reference to
Meek having any affiliation at all to Macy’s organization, which can only be substantiated
by Macy’s own books. Hmmm.
10a.4- OCC FACULTY 1967- KUBIS & MUELLER
This exhibit shows prima facie evidence that Kubis (who wrote a book with Mark Macy
featuring the Spiricom story) and the Spiricom-Mueller both taught at the same college
during the same time period. This faculty log shows the close proximity of the two names
in the open page of the yearbook. There are two reasons for this: (1) obviously the letter
“k” and “m” are nearly sequential, and (2) it was a very small college with relatively few
faculty members. Despite this latter point, Kubis denies having ever known Mueller while
he was among the living.
[We have copies of log books and other documentation establishing this Kubis-Mueller
connection. This single exhibit is chosen as an example of said documentation].
10a.5- Dr. P. Kubis PHONE CALL- EXCERPT ON MUELLER
This phone call was recorded with the permission of Dr. Kubis. We spoke for more than
two hours. She shared every detail of every out-of-body experience she ever had, every
feeling associated with seeing her cat on the astral plane, every aspect of her visits from
Jesus. She even told me of her second job teaching in the spirit world during meditation.
On and on it went, until…until…the question about the ‘coincidence’ of she and Mueller
teaching at the same college at the same time for many years. Then her response was “I
never knew the man, I wish I had”. And when prompted for more information with a
question about what she thought the implications of such a synchronicity might be, she
was even more tight-lipped, with the response “Ha, I don’t know” and “Isn’t that
interesting” and “I don’t know what to say about that”. Hard to believe. Even more difficult
to believe is that this fact would have escaped both Kubis and Macy while writing the
book. Right on page 85 of “Conversations Beyond the Light” Kubis recalls her time at
Orange Coast College. This is either an indication of the shoddy ITC “research” Macy
slaps his name on and calls a book, or it was willingly, selectively ‘forgotten’.
10a.6- Meek- Telephone Two-Way Communication with the Dead – NO MACY
This is an excerpt from a book by George Meek called “Enjoy Your Own Funeral” (1999)
in which he lists all of the examples of " phone calls from the dead " he finds significant.
Suspiciously absent from this list are the " phone calls from the dead " Mark Macy claims
to have received. If George Meek and Mark Macy had an actual affiliation, through
research or collaboration on a book, this would have been Meek’s opportunity to
introduce Macy to his readers. Quite the contrary is the case: Meek doesn’t mention
Mark Macy once – not even once – in any of his writings. This fact, and the fact that
Macy’s supposed phone calls from Konstantin Raudive (and others) were not included by
Meek, makes a case for Macy claiming a connection to George Meek that never
existed. I remind the reader that Mark Macy claims rights to Meek’s Metascience.
Outrageous.
As an aside, could Meek have left the Raudive " phone calls from the dead " off the list
because he found them suspect? An early (supposed) Raudive " phone call from the
dead " was placed to Meek and recorded, claiming that the connection from beyond was
not strong enough to retain Meek as the main ITC contact. Later, a Raudive " phone call
from the dead " was to placed from Timestream to Mark Macy, claiming that Mark Macy
was now the “main experimentater [sic]” and that the connection with George was just not
clear enough. How convenient for Mark Macy, and how unfortunate for George Meek, an
addled man in the last months of his life, dethroned as a recipient of (supposed) " phone
calls from the dead ". [These calls are presented in a separate analysis of the Raudive
" phone calls from the dead " section where all Macy - discovered ITC is considered].

An indictment is technically a formal written statement charging a person with an offense.
The indictment that follows, while less formal than a legal document, meets the same
evidential standards as that of a filed indictment in many respects.
We will establish that Mark Macy (1) collaborated with P.Kubis on the book “Conversations
Beyond the Light”, who taught contemporaneously with the Spiricom Mueller (when among
the living); which book (2) misrepresents the collaboration with, relationship to and title of
George Meek. Furthermore, we will establish that (3) Mark Macy is responsible for the
continuation of the NASA-Mueller myth (i.e., the falsehood that the Spiricom Mueller was a
NASA scientist) for profit; (4) Macy illegitimately claims rights to the Metascience
Foundation, and documentation of the true President of Metascience will be provided, in
stark contrast to Mark Macy refusing to produce a shred of evidence that he has any
legitimate claim to Metascience, the Spiricom ‘tape’, or an intimate knowledge of the
Spiricom findings; and (5) that Mark Macy is a gatekeeper of information, hiding behind a
disarming disposition that is cover for his passive-aggressive ‘Philosophy of Collaboration’
and admonitions for ‘unity’ and the need for ‘resonance’. Mind you, ‘unity’ and ‘resonance’
is achieved when there is an absence of resistance to the norms, mores and values of
Mark Macy- a lack of resonance that has resulted in the squelching of free-speech, and the
threat of “immediate action” in response to evidence that is contrary to his ‘unity’ of
‘resonance’. (6) We will establish that Mark Macy uses the lexicon, nomenclature and
trappings of science to deceive consumers of his materials (fraud in the inducement) and
that he possesses a belief system that typifies a peculiar type of mental derangement, a
meticulously created fantasy world formulated as a coping mechanism for dealing with his
impending death when diagnosed with cancer, fueled by magical-thinking and the monetary
support of fantasy-prone consumers of the paranormal. Finally, (7) we will establish
concrete and documented proof [see exhbit 13c.] that Mark Macy uses a fake Ph.D from a
diploma mill, a prop, a purchased title of “Dr.” This fact is established in Macy’s own bio
and elsewhere.
