| If the Spiricom was real, in any sense of the word, where is it today? The original Spiricom equipment is in a hangar in Florida under the watchful eye of its true guardian and rightful President of the Metascience Foundation: Thomas Pratt. [exhibit 13a] Furthermore, Mr. Pratt has convinced this researcher that he is in possession of ALL the original foundation files, records, notebooks, audio and video media archives and even the vintage Spiricom vinyl! [PRATT HAS PROVIDED PROOF, NOT EMPTY PROMISES LIKE MARK MACY.] And since Pratt has ALL the Metascience files, this means Mark Macy couldn’t have the Metascience files he at first promised to deliver [listen to exhibit 10g.2], then refused to deliver. Hey, maybe that’s why Mark Macy rescinded on his agreement to release the Metascience files he claims to posses [exhibit 13b]: Macy couldn’t keep the promise of delivering primary source documents that establish his connection to Meek as the head of Metascience even if he wanted to…because he doesn’t have any! This is a logical explanation for why Macy would choose to keep information “close to the chest” [exhibit 13b]. Why withhold information Mark? Truth does not fear investigation. This can’t be good for the ‘contact field’ Mark. What will your imaginary friends in Timestream think? And what will the paranormal community think when you've become a liability, Mark Macy? Or is it “Dr.Mark Macy”? TITLE: Inference to the Best Explanation for Implications and Conclusions, and as a Decision-Making Model for Continuance of the Investigation of Spiricom (with a Discussion of Logical Fidelity versus Irrational Memetics). The decision to continue the Spiricom project is arrived at, with limitations on continuance. Namely, that PSYOP models, exclusively, will be the domain of our Spiricom-related investigations.
